Custom orders: how it works!

At Dream Ruby make a wide range of styles and have an even wider range of fabrics available. This is why I offer a custom made option. It allows you to choose the exact style, fabric and size you want.

So how does it work?

In the custom made section you’ll find a range of listings. Each listing is for a different style.Within the listings you’ll find:

Picture examples of the style made up. The fabrics these examples are made in may not always be available as fabrics do sell fast, they’re simply to show what the style looks like. 

If you scroll through the photos you’ll then see all of the available fabrics. These are in grids and each fabric has a name. This is to make it easier to communicate which fabric you’d like.

All items can be made in plain colours. Just write the colour where it asks which fabric you want. If the colour you want isn’t listed please just ask and I will most likely be able to order it in for you. 

You’ll also find a measurement chart at the end of the photos. Please do check this. Most of my sizing is on the generous side. 

To order: Select the fabric you want from above mentioned choices. Write the name of this fabric in the box within the listing that asks which fabric you’d like. Select the size, and add to cart! 

For some listings such as the flutter sleeve dresses, you are able to select to either have the whole dress one fabric or to have parts of it such as the back and/or sleeves a plain colour. If you would like help in choosing the plain colour either leave a message at the cart asking me to choose it or message me on Facebook. 

The turnaround time for orders to be complete is generally around 2 weeks but please check the listing as it will say if this is more at the time of ordering.

If the style you’d like isn’t listed under custom made it may mean I have a lot of orders and am unable to offer it at that stage due to time restraints. I may remove items such as flutter rompers and suspender skirts which take more time. Feel free to message to enquire as I may be able to fit your order in or atleast let you know when it’ll be available again.

If you’re unsure about anything please do ask, I do my best to reply as fast as I can within a couple of hours, remembering that I do have wee kids.
